Items may not be delivered to your Steam account for the following reasons:
In the setting of your account you specified an incorrect trade link. Links in section “Setting” on the site and in your trade offers on Steam must match
Your inventory on Steam is closed. For successful withdrawal of items your inventory should be open (visible to everyone on the Internet).
Your trade is blocked. Ban trade can be obtained if you registered on Steam less than a month ago, installed a mobile authenticator less than a month ago, logged into your account from a new device, etc. You can find out the reason of the ban by offering someone to exchange. In this case, until the end of the ban, you can not withdraw items by the blocked link
Problems with connection with Steam (for example, server doesn't answer). In this case try to withdraw items later.
The items store in inventory for 24 hours. The reason of the limit is that fact, that technically we can not store items on bots more than the specified time. Therefore, skins that were not withdrawn in specified period of time are removed from the bots and from the inventory and they can not be returned. This information is indicated in your account in section “Inventory” and in Terms and Conditions of the site.
In some cases, there may be delays in the receipt of funds on the balance after payment, if the payment gateway processes the payment for a long time. In this case, we recommend waiting for a while. If funds were withdrawn from your personal account, but they haven't come to your account on the site for a long time, contact our support, send your ID (it is specified in section “Setting”) and a screenshot of the receipt of payment. To sell the item or the game you should go to your Inventory, choose the needed item and click "Sell". Funds for the sold item will go to your balance in the form of bonuses.
At the expense of bonuses you can buy and open cases without new investments. They are charged for doing achievements and moving to the next level. More detailed information in which cases you can get bonuses, You can see in sections “Achievements” and “Levels”.

Experience points are needed to move to a new level, for which you will receive bonuses or free cases. Table of levels and your current experience points you can see in the section “Levels”.
Upsale or function "Attrack luck" give the chance to raise chance of drop of needed item from a case for an additional payment. To use the option, choose the needed case and click the "Attract luck". Next, choose an additional chance of drop and what you want to receive. Also you can just click on the needed item in the case and the upsale will be automatically applied.
To activate the discount coupon, select the necessary case and click "Have a discount coupon?". Then in the opened field enter the coupon and click "Apply".
The promocode must be activated on the site in the Promo-Box category. To do this, enter the promocode in the required field and click the button with the cost of the product for purchase. Please note that the promocode allows you to purchase a product from the Promo-Box category at a special price indicated on the product. It does not give the product for free.
